Accounts, not names.
This policy covers two different things: what this website does with information about you, and what Trihelix does with the data behind its services. They are not the same, and we treat them separately below.

The site itself collects almost nothing.
No analytics, no advertising trackers
This site loads no analytics package, no advertising pixel and no third-party script of any kind. Fonts are served from our own server rather than a font host. Loading a page here sends no request to any company other than ours and the company that hosts the site.
What the coverage review form sends us
Your name, work email, organization, the description you select, the facility or address you enter, and whatever you write in the message field. It reaches us as an email. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no newsletter to be added to.
Server logs and security cookies
Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, including IP address, timestamp and the page requested, and its security layer may set a cookie to distinguish a browser from an automated client. Those are set by the host for availability and abuse prevention, not by us for tracking, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept as long as it is commercially relevant and then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by writing to the address at the top of this page, and we will confirm when it is done.
02 / THE DATA BEHIND OUR SERVICES
Precision about a place is not knowledge about a person.
The positions below are the ones stated on our About page. They are repeated here because they are commitments, not marketing copy.
Accounts, not names
We work with resettable mobile advertising IDs from commercially licensed supply, and the attributes we append come from licensed household and consumer data. We do not build a named person, and no client output identifies one.
Licensed, never collected
Trihelix operates no consumer app and installs nothing on anyone's phone. Every signal and every attribute we use reaches us through commercial licensing, with platform-level opt-out and limit-ad-tracking honored before it does.
Reporting is aggregate
Client-facing outputs are counts, rates and distributions. Individual device trails are not a deliverable and are not exposed in the platform.
Sensitive locations
Categories and sites that warrant exclusion are excluded by policy, at the footprint layer, rather than filtered out of a report afterwards.
03 / YOUR CHOICES
The controls that actually work.
The strongest control over advertising identifiers sits in your phone, not with any one company that licenses them. On iOS, Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Tracking. On Android, Settings, then Privacy, then Ads. Resetting the identifier breaks its history. Turning off tracking removes it from licensed supply, and we honor that signal before the data reaches us.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask what personal information a company holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To exercise any of those with us, write to the address at the top of this page. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you can supply the advertising identifier in question we can act on it directly; without one, our ability to locate records tied to you is limited, because we do not hold names.
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly work with data about them.

We do not sell the information you send us through this website. Client engagements are conducted under strict confidentiality, and our supply relationships are confidential and are not disclosed. Data processing terms and compliance documentation are available to prospective clients and partners under NDA.
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Questions about any of it go to the same address.
